Bill Paxton (born William Paxton in Fort Worth, Texas on May 17, 1955) was an American actor and director who starred in films like Aliens (1986), Apollo 13 (1995), Twister (1996), and Titanic (1997), as well as the HBO series Big Love (2006–2011).
